Become a Mentor

Great leaders aren’t just defined by their success, but by the people they help lift along the way. By applying to become a mentor, you aren’t just offering advice—you’re providing clarity, confidence, and a roadmap to someone navigating the same challenges you’ve already mastered. Share your story, guide the next wave of talent, and turn your experience into their breakthrough.

The Requirements

We’re looking for mentors who possess the empathy to understand, the patience to listen, and the wisdom to guide without judgment.

  • Active Listening Skills: The ability to listen more than they speak and understand the problem behind the question.
  • Patience: Understanding that growth takes time and that the mentee may not “get it” right away.
  • Empathy: The ability to relate to the mentee’s struggles and validate their feelings without judgment.
  • Constructive Feedback: The ability to deliver honest, direct feedback in a way that is helpful rather than discouraging.
  • Open-Mindedness: Willingness to learn from the mentee as well and accept that there is more than one way to do things.
  • Boundaries: Knowing how to separate personal life from professional guidance and when to say “I don’t know.”
